Affidavit to Accompany Applicants' Answers to CASE's Fifth Set of Interrogatories
Dear Mrs. Ellis:
Pursuant to your recent telephone call, a copy of an affidavit to accompany Applicancs' answers to CASE's fifth set of interrogatories is enclosed.
Since those interrogatories were identical to the NRC. staff's requests for financial information, a copy of Applicants' answers thereto (which did not require an accompanying affidavit) were transmitted to CASE in response to CASE's fifth set of interroga-tories, as indicated in my letter to you dated April 15, 1981.
