There was' one significant power reduction durirut the month of February.--

t On February 9, reactor power was reduced to allow contaminants to return from hideout on the secondary side of the steam generators. 'lhis hideout return is intended to reduce degradat. ion of the steam generator tubes. The.

unit returned to full power operation on February 12.

. The following major safety-related maintenance was performed in the mondi

Seal fitting' leaks were repaired on the 2B charging pump.

The -2C charging pump room cooler was cleanex1.

Maintenance was perforned on the 2A containment cooler fan.

4. - Miscellaneous corrective and preventive maintenance was perforwxl on the' diesel generators.
