We have received your Annual operating report for the Calendar year 1980, submitted by letter dated July 29, 1981.

You should be aware that Section 6.9.1 of your Appendix A Technical Specifications requires that you submit an annual operating report covering operation;of the unit during the previous calendar year prior to June 30 of each year.

Failure to submit the required report within the time period specified may be a violation of your technical specifications.
