Request for Renewal of CoC No. 9321 for the Model No. 3-60B Package
Reference:
Certificate of Compliance 9321, Docket No. 71-9321, Revision 2.
EnergySolutions, as the holder of the referenced 3-60B Transportation Package Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9321, which currently expires on September 30, 2020, hereby requests that the CoC be renewed to ensure continued use of the package. EnergySolutions has reviewed the sections on operating procedures, acceptance tests, and maintenance programs and determined that they are complete and accurate and do not require revision.
EnergySolutions plans to adopt applicable sections of the ANSI N14.5-2014 standard (listed in NRC Information Notice 2016-04) during either the next CoC renewal period or the next CoC planned License Amendment Request, whichever is earlier.
The renewed CoC shall be issued to the following name/address: EnergySolutions, 740 Osborn Road, Barnwell, SC 29812.
This letter is submitted electronically via the NRC Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) system with an electronic copy to be sent to Mr. Pierre Saverot.
