This submittal describes the internals vibration measurement and assurance program performed at Sequoyah 1 (50-327) and is to confirm the expected vibratior.s on the four loop UHI (Uppr Head Injection) upper internals assembly. The work was conducted in accordance with Regulatory Guide 1.20 using visual and transducer data during pre-and-post hot functional start-up.

Enclosed are:

1. Twenty-five (25) copies of " Verification of Upper Head Injection Reactor Vessel Internals by Preoperational Tests on the Sequoyah 1 Power Plant",

WCAP-9944, July 1981 (Proprietary).

2. Fifteen (15) copies of " Verification of Upper Head Injection Reactor Vessel Internals by Preoperational Tests on the Scquoyah 1 Power Plant",

WCAP-9945, July 1981 (Non-Proprietary).

Also enclosed are:
