3 Due to difficulties experienced yesterday in proce
<p final draft of the "Brief of Westinghouse Electric Corporation Appearing Specially, On Issue of Decade Access to Proprietary Data Pursuant to Protective Order" I yesterday afternoon contacted you, Staff counsel, and Wisconsin Electric Power Company (WEPCO) counsel re-garding a one day extension of time to file said Brief.
Staff counsel and WEPCO counsel had no objection to my extension request.
My calls to Decade counsel were not returned.
Since I therefore could not advise the Board that all counsel had no objection to my l
extension request, i chose to file my November 24, 1981 draft Brief yesterday.
The revision of that draft is attached to this letter (it bears the notation "11/25/81 Final Draft" in the upper left hand corner).
I hereby request permission to substitute the at-tached November 25, 1981 Final Draft for the November 24, 1981 l
Draft filed and served yesterday.
I also made a separate transmittal yesterday to all parties on the Point Beach Service List of a non-proprietary version of the Novem-ber 13, 1981 " Affidavit of R. A. Wiesemann" and attached " Supple-ment to ',ffidavit of R. A. Wiesemann."
