On June 20, 1989, Edlow International Company received export license XB001274 authorizing the export of tritium gas to Anersham International Ltd; a copy of this license is attached for your easy reference.
Tnis license is due to expire on JJne 30, 1993.
A balance of 189,495 curies currently remains on this license.
As Amersham anticipates future orders of tritium from the U.S. Department of Energy, we request that the expiration date be extended to December 31, 1995.
In compliance with the final rule published in the lily 23, 1992 Federal Register, please find enclosed the amendment fee of $120.
