Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to increase the contract cost and obligated amounts in order to pay contractor's final rate adjustment voucher.
The Contractor has completed all requirements requested by the Government at a t.otal cost of $220,295.61 for all services rendered.
Accordingly, :he following actions are taken:
Section B.2, Consideration and obligation -- Task Orders, is i
revised to increase the amount obligated by $11,595.33 from
$208,700.00 to $220,295.61.
Therefore, paragraphs a and b are revised to read:
"a The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract is $220,295.61.
b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $220,295.61.*
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
