Dear Robert Tedesco:
As a citizen participant in the operating license hearings of the Tildland nuclear plants, I have received a Draft Environmental Impact Statement. (DEIS)
Comments are due on April 5 Ilowever, at the Tfarch 11 telephone conference call of all parties, '"
Licensing Board Chairman, Charles Bechhoefer, asked me to have any contentions that should be added to the operating hearings ready to discuss on April G when the Licensing Board convenes for further hearings on the soll settlement issues at Tiidland. I find that meeting both of these important obligations within the same time frame very difficult.
In terms of scheduling, it is probably more important to get all the new contentions for the operating license filed by April G.
Since I must proceed without outside assistance, I would like to request to be allowed an extension of time for filing a response by April 20 instead of April 5.for the DEiS.
Atany thanks to your attention to this request.
Yours sincerely,
