QUARTERLY REPORT ON CLOSED MEETINGS OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON NUCLEAR WASTE i
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 7.17 (b) (c), " Reports Required for Advisory Committees," this is to advise you that the Advisory Committee on Nuclear Waste held the following meetings since our last quarterly report on July 1, 1992.
Full Committee Meetinos Meetina Dates 45th July 29-30, 1992 46th September 22 and 25, 1992 About three hours of the 45th ACNW meeting was closed to meet with representatives of the U.K. Radioactive Waste Management Advisory Committee to discuss items of mutual interest.
This portion was closed to protect information submitted in confidence by a foreign source [10 CFR 2.790 (d) (2) ].
About a half hour of the 46th ACNW meeting was closed to discuss j
the provisions of 10 CFR Section 0.735-28a regarding prohibitions on
" stock" ownership by NRC regular employees and Special
)
Government Employees (ACNW members).
This portion was closed to discuss information the release of which would represent a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy [5 U.S.C. 552b(c) (6) ].
