I am writirg to erpress my concern that the DEIS on the LES uranium plant fails to consider the plant's impact on the communities of Forest Grove and Center Springs.
In failing to consider this impact, the DEIS is incomplete.
'Ibe final Environrental Impact Statement on LES must consider all the consequences, social and economic, for these communities.
