ORDER August 13, 1982 Oral argument on the pending appeal of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from the April 12, 1982 initial decision of the Licensing Board will be held at 10:00 a.m.

on Wednesday, September 8, 1982, in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway; Bethesda, Maryland.

The cral argument will be confined exclusively to the emergency planning dosimetry issues raised by the Commonwealth.

Because intervenor, Citizens Against Nuclear Dangers, neither filed exceptions nor briefed the issues involving dosimetry for emergency workers, it will not participate in the oral argument.

2 Each side will be allotted a total of forty-five minutes for the presentation of argument.

2/ The Commonwealth appellant may reserve a portion of its time for rebuttal.

Each party is to notify the Secretary of this Board, by letter mailed no later than August 31, 1982, the name of the person who will present argument on its behalf.
