Revision to 1990 Integrated Leak Rate Test Report Please find enclosed Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD's) revised Table 2, page 5-5, of the 1990 Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) Report previously submitted in Reference 2.
During OPPD's review of the ILRT procedures used during the 1990 ILRT, eleven penetrations were identified as not having proper valve alignment.
OPPD is-providing the revised ILRT report denoting additional Types B and C penalties for these penetrations.
Please note that these Types B and C penalties do not change the as-founa or as-left integrated leak rates.
Appropriate proceaurc changes are being made to correu the errors found in the valve alignments.
To prevent recurrence, OPPD is upgrading the ILRT procedures, if you should have any questions, please contact me.
