New Safer.uards Information Stornre Area Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 73, Section 73.21.(d), we are submittinE a description of a security storage container to be located in a new office building at the Monticello site, 10 CFR Part 73, Section 73.21.(d) requirea thac safeguards information be stored in security storage containers.
Per the definition of a security storage container in 10 CFR Part 73, Section 73.2, our storage area in the judgement of the NRC, provide comparable physical protection to
- aust, other repositories listed in the definition. Therefore, this description is being submitted for your review. We expect to start moving into the building in March of this year.
Completion of your review of this matter by March 18, 1991 would be Sreatly appractated.
The attachment contains Safeguards Information as identified by the Commission in 10 CFR Part 73, Sectica 73.21.
