Enclosed are 4 copies of the Revision "I" to the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan. This revision is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) since
'it does not degrade physical security effectiveness.
Generally, revision "I" consists of modifications to the' delineation of Security-related responsibilities within the Plan. text made necessary as the result of a Corporate re-structuring. Additional modifications include a change to the number of openings to the Protected Area, changes to the appearance of Photo-identification badges and three updated -
drawings. Please refer to the enclosed Synopsis of Changes for specific modifications to Plan text and drawings.
Both the enclosures to this letter and obsolete pages removed from the plan contain Safeguards Information which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with l
Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
