The ikpositary Gosernments shall promptly inform all signator) and accedm States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each irntrument of ratification or of accewion. the date of the entry into force of thi)1 reat), and the date of receir. of any reyucsts for consening a conference or other notices.-
6.1his t reaty shall be registered by the ikpositary Gosernments pursuant to artwle 102 of the Charter of the Umted Nations.
4I8 ARTICLE X
~
- 1. Each Party shallin exercising its national sovereignty have the right to withdraw from the Treaty if it decides that extraordinary esents, related to the subject matter of this Treaty, have jeopardized the supreme interests of its country, it shall gise notice of such withdrawal to all other Parties to the Treaty and to the United National Security Council three months in advance. Such notice shall include a statement of the extraor-dinary events it regards as having jeopardiicd its supreme interests.
- 2. Twenty-five years after the entry into force of the Treaty, a conference shall be convened to decide whether the Treaty shall continue in force indefinitely, or shall be extended for an additional fixed period or periods. This decision shall be taken by a majority of the Parties to the Treaty.
ARTICLE XI This Treaty, the English, Russian. French, Spanish and Chinese texts of which are equally authentic, shall be deposited in the archives of the Depositary Gosernments.
Duty certified copies of this Treaty shall be transmitted by the Depositary Governments to the Governments of the signatory and acceding States.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, duly authorized, hase signed this Trcaty.
DONE in triplicate,at the cities of Washington. London and Moscow, this first day of July one thousand nine hundred sixty-eight.

The U.S. Departent of State has provided this current information on signatories to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, the Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin Anerica, and bilateral agreements between the United States and other countries for peaceful nuclear cooperation.
NUREG-0980. a compilation of nuclear regulatory legislation (Atomic Energy Act of 1954. as amended; Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 as amended. N. clear Waste Policy Act of 1982) and other relevant riaterial (statutes and treaties on export IIcensing.
