The Discharge Monitoring Raports submitted for January 1996 contained incomplete information for discharge monitoring points 203 and 403.
The pH results for discharge monitoring point 203 and the Oil Grease results for discharge point 403 were inadvertently omitted from the reports.
None of the missing data exceeded limits.
Revised DMRs are attached.
