This letter is provided in response to your letter dated August 13, 1984 in which you requested an endorsement from each LRG II member of described changes to rod withdrawal technical specfications. The LRG II proposed solution was found to be acceptable by the staff as described in your letter.
The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, as a member of LRG II, hereby endorses the LRG 11 position submitted to the LRG II Project Manager, John. J.
Stefano, by Dale L. Holtzscher (Chairman, LRG II) in a letter dated June 29, 1984.
Our draft technical specifications, submitted to you by letter dated July 31, 1984 (PY-CEI/NRR-0128 L), incorporates these changes.
