THREE MILE ISLAND UNIT NO. 2 REPORT OF GPU ASSESSMENT PANEL FOR INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN TMI-2 LEAK RATE TESTING DOCKET NO. 50-320 My letter dated September 9,1965 forwarded copies of the report by Mr. Stier of his investigation of TMI-2 Leak Rate Testing.
It also advised that a Panel was being established to assess the behavior of those individual s currently employed by the GPU System and determine any appropriate action.
Enclosed is the report of the Assessment Panel.
As noted therein, Appendix 6, consisting solely of letters to individual employees implementing the Panel 's decisions, has been designated,
" Company Confidential".
I request that the NRC withhold Appendix 6 from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.7S0.
Copies of the report (except for Appendix 6) are being made public and are being furnished to the recently established NRC Presiding Board on TMI-2 Leak Rate Testing.
