MODIFICATION NO.1 TO. TASK ORDER NO.1 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-98-009
Dear Ms. Hwang:
,, The purpose of this modification is to allot $41,782 in incremental funds to this task order pursuant to FAR clause 52.232-22 " Limitation of Funds." Accordingly, Task Order No.1 is hereby modified as follows:
Task Order No.1 shall remain in effect from September 14,1998 to September 13,1999. The total cost plus fixed fee for this task order is $61,782, in which the amount of $58,285 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $3,497 represents the fixed fee.
Funds in the amount of $41,782 are obligated to fully fund this task order.
