A copy of the NRC Training Manuals Request Form that you completed and sent to us in response to SP-97-037, dated May 28,1997. The form was developed in response to your request at the 1996 All A reement States Meeting held in Rockville, that NRC 0
shculd consider providing States copies of NRC course manuals.
2.
Copie of each of the manuale you requested, except for one, OSHA Indoctrination (G-111)(OSHA handouts). Students were given a copy of an OSHA publicatic.1,
" General Industry Digest," (OSHA Pub 2201) whicn is a 95 page booklet that summarizes OSHA requirements. OSHA Publications suggests that ynu obtain a copy from the U.S. Government Printing Office. The telephone number is (202) 512-1800.
The GPO number for Pub 2201 is 029-016-00166-2 and the cost is $2.50, if you have any questions or comments, please contact me or the individual named below.
