Modificatlun No. ? Task Oeder No. 202, entitled, " Review of CE Owner's Group Joint Application Report" Under Contract No.
NRC-03-95 026 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the task order to November 30. 1998, at no extra cost to the Government.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:
The third paragraph first sentence, is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order number 202 shall-be in effect from November 3.1995 through November 30. 1998."
The issuance of this modification does not amend any terms or conditions of
-the subject task order.
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order by having an official who is authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the spaces provides below and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
