I an writing to make it clear that I was not. consulted prior to the inclusion of my premises in the list of potential shelters, and that I do not intend to make my premises available for use as a shelter in the event of an emergency at Seabrook Station.
O I request that New Hampshire Yankee remove my premises from any list of potential shelters developed as part of any emergency response plans in connection with New Hampshire Yankee's afforts to obtain an operating license for Seabrook Station from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

It has been brought to my attention that my premises has been listed as a potential public sheltar for use in the event of an emerg ency at Seabrook Station requiring the sheltering of the public in "A STUOY TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL SHELTERS IN THE BEACH AREA NEAR SEABROOK STATION", prepared by Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation for New Hampshire Yankee (Revision 1, August 1987).
i I am writing to make it clear that I was not consulted prior to the inclusion of my premises in the list of potential shelters, and that I do not intend to make my premises available for use as a shelter in th'e event of an emergency at Seabrook Station.

I request that New Hampshire Yankee remove my premises from any list of potential shelters develooed as part of any i
emergency response plans in connection with New Hampshire Yankee's efforts to obtain an operating license for Seabrook l
Station from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
