Enclosed is a request for issuanc:e of an export license to authorize the shipment of enriched uranium to Nuclear Fuel Industrios, Ltd. in Japan for f abrication into finished fuel. The shipments of uranium are for Hamaoka Unit 1 owned by Chuba Electric Power Co.,Inc. and Shimene Unit 1 owned by The Chugoku Electric Power Company, Inc., both located in Japan.
