Beaver Valley Power Station - Unit No. 2 Docket ho. 50-412 Physical Security Plan Gentlenen:
Enclosed are three (3) signed original letters plus six (6) copies of the Pnysic al Security Plan for Beaver Valley Power Station Units 1 and 2.
This plan constitutes our Final Security Plan for BVPS Unit 2.
The enclosed Plan is an extension of the Physical Security Plan for BVPS Unit 1, which has already oeen reviewed and approved by the NRC.
The vital areas are to be secured March 31, 1987 per present schedule 30 days prior to fuel load. Also, upgrade and tie in of BVPS-1 multiplexer panels will be perfonned within 90 days after the fuel load.
It is our intention to make the Condensate Polishing Building a non-vital area when necessary modifi-cations are made to continue protection of the Waste Handling Building as sepa-rate vital area.
This submittal canpletely replaces the Security Plan originally sent to you on July 28, 1983 (2NRC-3-055). Please destroy the original copy since this suomi ttai incorporates all relevant infonnation previously submitted.
The enclosed Physical Security Plan is considered safeguards infonnation

and should be protected pursuant to 10CFR %73.21 and 2.790(d).
