Gentlemen:
On February 5,1987, we verbally notified your Mr. T. F. Westennan of a deficiency involving the control of stamps used to identify Super Hilti Kwik Dolts (llKB).
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our previous report was logged TXX-6889 dated October 19, 1987.
We are continuing our evaluation of this issue and will submit our next report by February 24, 1988.
