JUNE 23,1998 The subject contract with Gregory K. Washington has been closed-out. As a result of an IRS audit and investigation, the company closed its offices and the principals have left the metropolitan area with no forwarding address. A unilateral modfx:ation was executed and tne remaining funds were deobligated from the contract. Because the company went out of business, closeout releases and certifications cannot be properly executed and placed in the file.
