image001.png Ted and Justin, During a call on October 16, 2020, Exelon informed the NRC that it was reevaluating information provided in our July 1, 2019 Post Defueled Emergency Plan (PDEP) License Amendment Request (LAR) (ML19182A182). Specifically, Exelon is reevaluating the ability of the radiation monitor (RM-A-8GH -Station Vent) identified in the Emergency Action Levels (EALs) PD-RA1 and PD-RU1 to perform the function described in the LAR. During this evaluation, Exelon requests that the NRC delay its review of the subject LAR until Exelon completes its evaluation and provides supplemental information.
