Enclosed is an application (XCOM1354), dated October 17, 2022, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from Caran Precision Engineering & Manufacturing Corp., for the export of components classified under title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations section 110.26(a)(11), to be used in the assembly of a fuel bundle for a light water reactor at State Enterprise National Nuclear Energy Company in Ukraine.
