Model No. 9975 Sh ipping Package, Docket No. 7 1-9975 During the review of the Model No. 9975 shipping package, Docket No. 71-9975, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) expressed concerns with the nuclear criticality analysis in the submitted Safety Analysis Report (SAR), S-SAR-G-00001.
Based on these concerns, the Savannah River Operations Office has revised the criticality anal ysis and has enclosed the revised Nuclear Criticality Safety Evaluation (NCSE) and Chapter 6 of the 9975 NRC SAR, S-SAR-G-00001, Revision 1. The NCSE is included as a revised Appendix 6.1 below and attached is a Remove/Replace page instruction and the final responses to the last two Requests for Additional Information received in July 2014.
