Please find attached, a copy of Export Applications XSOU8839.02, XSOU8832.03, XSNM3807.01, and NRC Transfer Order dated December 9, 2022. As a matter of process, and in accordance with title 10 CFR section 110.82, the applications will be available to the public for 30 days before the NRC will take any action. If no dissenting public comments are received, and all applicable legal requirements are satisfied, the NRC will issue the amended subject licenses.
