MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Granting Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Amended Response)
On February 1, 2024, Miami Waterkeeper filed a motion for leave to file an amended
response to Florida Power & Light Companys mo tion to strike portions of Miami Waterkeepers
reply.1 The NRC Staff does not oppose the motion, and FPL does not oppose the motion on the
conditions that (1) both the motion and the amended response are filed by noon EST on Friday,
February 2, 2024; and (2) the amended response contains no new arguments or substance. 2
Miami Waterkeeper asserts that its amended response, which it has attached to its motion,
contains no new arguments and only streamlines the Response to comply with the 10-page

limitation established by the Board.3 For good cause shown, the Board grants Miami
