1 Analysis of Fatigue Assessment Data: (Limit 10,000 characters) 2 There were seven fatigue assessments completed for the review period.

A post event fatigue assessment was completed following a minor vehicle accident at the Security Firing Range Parking lot (CR-RBS-2023-08093). The individual was not classified as a covered worker.

3 A Post Event fatigue assessment was completed due to a personal illness or injuring. A metal track weighing 150 lbs slipped from the employees' grasp while offloading it into a shipping container. The track struck the employee's foor (CR-RBS-2023-06750). The individual was not classified as a covered worker.

A Post Event fatigue assessment was completed after an individual struck a post with rear of trailer (CR-RBS-2023-05634). The individual was not classified as a covered worker. Even though fatigue was not determined to be a factor, the employee was assigned a minimum of 4 10 -hour break before resuming duties.

A Post Event fatigue assessment was completed during the outage after an individual injured their finger while torquing bolts in the Alpha Waterbox (CR-RBS-2023-04982). The individual was not classified as a covered worker. Even though fatigue was not determined to be a factor, the employee was assigned a minimum of 10-hour break before resuming duties.

Conclusions:

The results of the annual fatigue management program effectiveness review determined River Bend is effective in controlling the work hours of individuals subject to work hour controls.
