Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54(q) (5), and 10 CFR 72.44(f),
Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is submitting a description of change s to the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Radiological Emergency Plan (REP). The affected docum ents are the WBN Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EPIP) liste d below:

Description of Changes
EPIP-1 Revision 61 enacted the following changes:
- Revised the note for Temperature Induced Currents (TIC) impacts on containment radiation monitors in Attachment 1 (Emergency Classification Wallboards ) and Attachment 3 (Emergency Classification Scheme Bases).
- Deleted redundant basis information for Fuel Clad Barrier Loss 3.B in Attachment 3.
