Enclosed is an application accepted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on August 21, 2023, from Materion Brush Inc., (XCOM1361) for the export of minor reactor components listed in Appendix A to Part 110 Item 11, Beryllium Reflector Elements to the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, in the Republic of Korea.

We understand that the Executive Branch has accepted the generic assurances provided for similar exports of components to the Republic of Korea. Therefore, the NRC intends to issue this license after the 30-day review period on the basis of these generic assurances.
