The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is requesting renewal of U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9315, for Model ES-3100. The current certificate, Revision 15, expires April 30, 2021, and DOE has a continued programmatic need for this package. There have been no changes to the package since the CoC was renewed by NRC in 2016.
