In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, on July 14, 2021 I requested that you review the French Certificate of Approval No. F/381/AF-96, Revision El, for the TNF-XI package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use (Docket No. 71-3092 and EPID L-2021-DOT-0005). On March 14, 2022, you sent a Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding this review.
Attached is the response to your RAI letter I have received from our applicant, TN Americas LLC on behalf of Orano Nuclear Package and Services (Orano NPS). Please note that enclosure 3 of their response is considered proprietary and they have provided an affidavit to that effect. Supporting files in electronic form were provided previously to you.
