FuelSolutions' TS125 Transportation Package, Certificate No. 9276, Docket No. 71-9276 Westinghouse, as the holder of the referenced Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9276 (Reference 1),
requests that the CoC be renewed. Westinghouse has reviewed the relevant sections on operating procedures, acceptance tests, and maintenance programs and concluded that they are complete and accurate as-is and do not require any revisions.
