- Description of the document: This rule amends the spent fuel storage regulations by revising the MAGNASTOR Storage System listing within the NRC list of approved spent fuel storage casks to reflect a minor change in its design.
- Dates: The effective date of this rule is 75 days after publication unless the NRC receives a significant adverse public comment.
