Dear Mr. Johnson:
On June 16, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. C. Hale of a deficiency involving the adequacy of nonconformance dispositions. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
The specific issue involves the revision of the disposition of a nonconformance report (NCR). Assessments regarding the adequacy of NCR dispositions are currently underway. We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report by August 29, 1986.
