REQUEST FOR INPUT INTO FISCAL YEAR 2024 OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL ANNUAL PLAN FOR THE DEFENSE NUCLEAR FACILITIES SAFETY BOARD The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) requests your participation in recommending topical or specific areas to be examined by our office during fiscal year (FY) 2024. The OIG invites recommendations from Board members and officials for inclusion in the FY 2024 Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) OIG Annual Plan.
The OIGs planning process is designed to yield assignments that will promote efficiency, economy, and effectiveness in DNFSB programs and operations; detect and prevent fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement; and, improve program and security activities at headquarters and regional locations.
