31310018D0002 P00018 SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGES The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through May 31, 2023 in accordance with the clause I.7, 52.217-8 OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES (NOV 1999), thereby extending the ordering period through May 31, 2023. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
SECTION F. 3 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE ALTERNATE IV is deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
The ordering period for this contract shall commence on the effective date of the contract and will expire on the end date of the effective period. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein.

Exercised Period: March 30, 2018 - May 31, 2023 (End of Clause)
SECTION I.4 52.216-18 ORDERING. (OCT 1995), paragraph (a), is deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
(a) Any supplies and services to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery orders or task orders by the individuals or activities designated in the Schedule. Such orders may be issued from March 30, 2018 through May 31, 2023.
All other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same.
