ACCEPTANCE OF HIGHWAY ROUTE RE-APPROVAL APPLICATION (NRC ROUTE NO. 217A), DOCKET NUMBER: 070-07011
Dear Billy C. Hunt:
I am writing to inform you that the content in the route application for transportation of spent nuclear fuel, dated February 06, 2023, has been determined to be complete. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will now conduct a detailed review of the application and the ability of the proposed route to meet the applicable regulatory requirements. Our goal is to complete our review of the application within 45 days of the date of this letter.
