The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has completed its review of your letter dated October 11, 2022, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS]
Accession No. ML22306A196) requesting approval of a transfer of control of export license Numbers XSNM3807, XSOU8832/01, and XSOU8839/01.
