Please find enclosed Amendment No. 17, terminating License No. SNM-714 as requested by the electronic mail from Steven Snay dated September 23, 2022. This termination is being issued in accordance with the requirements of the applicable NRC Termination Rule in 10 CFR 70.38. All materials formerly possessed under this license and locations of use are now authorized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts License No. 60-0048.
An environmental assessment for this action was not required, since this action is categorically excluded under 10 CFR 51.22(c)(20).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web Site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
