ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF WITHDRAWAL OF LICENSE APPLICATION XW019
Dear Mr. Grondin:
I am writing to acknowledge receipt of the September 16, 2022, Perma-Fix Northwest (Perma-Fix) email. The email sent to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested withdrawal of license application XW019 for the export of 650,000 kilograms of low-level waste to Mexico. In response to your request, the NRC is returning license application XW019 to Perma-Fix without action.
