On May 29, 1984, I received the attached from a third. party information service. To date, I have not received one through official channels, and by the looks of the service list, that was not intended.
s' Since River Bend Station is intended, I gather, to -
be a-(RBS-FSAR 4.1.2.1.1) boiling water reactor (BWR) . .
feel we should have been included in the service of this and all other pertinent documents. .

I have not had a chance to review this report in detail, so I do not know if it is pertinent to River Bend, but it seems to involve rather important matters which could be .
safety related.
A copy of my l'etter to the commission making inquiry on this, and asking for further information, is enclosed for your information.
I would appreciate being advised as to whether this board and/or any of the parties to these proceedings received a copy of this notification.

The State of Louisiana is an intervenor in the licensing proceedings styled: "In the Matter of Gulf States Utilities Co., et al (River Bend Station, Units 1 & 2) w Docket Nos. 50-458 and 50-459. -
Since River Bend Station (RBS) is a BWR reactor, (RBS-FSAR 4.1.2.1.1), the State of Louisiana (and all others .
in the RBS proceedings) should have been sent a copy of this. I would greatly appreciate it if I could be advised as to why we did not receive a copy of a document which may describe a problem that should be addressed in the RBS pro- .
ceedings. Is this policy or an oversight?
Also, I would ask that the undersigned be served with any future notices pert ining to BWR.
