U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION STAFF REVIEW OF DRAFT OFFICE OF LEGACY MANAGEMENT NATIONAL LAB NETWORK COLLABORATION REPORT, MONUMENT VALLEY, ARIZONA, PROCESSING SITE

I am writing in response to the U.S. Department of Energy draft report entitled, Office of Legacy Management National Lab Network Collaboration Report, Monument Valley, Arizona, Processing site dated June 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML22174A327). The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff reviewed the draft report and do not have any comments or questions at this time.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS.
