- 1. What are the known technical or regulatory issues with the current versionof the Regulatory Guide (RG)?
This RG was issued in 2012 to provide guidance for type and frequencies of surveys that process enriched uranium and fabricate uranium fuel. Specifically, the RG applies to facilities for which NRC regulations require routine protection of workers in enriched uranium processing and fuel fabrication licensed by NRC. The current version of this regulatory guide has no known technical or regulatory issues. The technical basis and the references cited are appropriate and current.
