The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your letter dated July 29, 2020, transmitting the California Proposed Legally Binding Requirements, i.e., license conditions to RATS ID 2020-1 (Part 36 only), and 10 CFR 30.34(i), 34.35(d), and 39.31(b)
